Too much to write to be able to write

All,

I just wanted you to know that I have actually logged on, but I probably won't be posting much for the next little while. I am really busy with work and trying to pull together our 7-Stake Little Philmont program on November 3rd. I am really appreciating the talent of folks who are organized (I am not).

Life here is about as normal as it gets. CW is doing well and just had his "quite questionable companion" transferred, which he is so happy about. He is back with his trainer who is super gunge hoe. CW says that he is exhausted and that is how it should be. He has really needed this as his past couple of companions were Tahitians which are "much more relaxed" in all things including missionary activities!

Eli and Shannel are doing the early morning seminary thing. I really admire them being so consistent and determined to do the right thing.

This has been a good Fall for Shem. He typically has a tough time in the fall as it approaches his hemorrhage anniversary, but following some EMDR, he is doing so much better than ever before (we just had his 7-year anniversary). He is planning on doing his Eagle Project in a couple of weeks.

Mariah is taking a couple of classes at school. She is enjoying the art class and is part of the 8th grade band.

Ian has his moments. He makes us laugh a lot, but church is still a nightmare. Lisa does great with him.

It looks like Kyle will be available for adoption. The judge ruled that the State should proceed with adoption as it's primary goal instead of reuniting with family. We met with Kyle's Great Grandmother and his Great Uncle. They asked us if we were religious. We just said "yes, quite". We didn't get into the fact that about 6 out of our 7 evenings each week have some sort of church type activity/commitment. We are excited for this to get done so we can be done.

Lisa is keeping really busy starting a party catering business. She is pretty nervous about it, but does a great job with the organization and just getting going. If I had her drive and organization, I would be rich! Lisa and the girls are going to be doing girl and adult tea parties. Their first advertisement is supposed to go out in November, so we are anxious to see what happens. They actually even have a web site. " Teaforyouparties.com " Their business name is "Tea For You". I told her that this is the perfect time to start a business since CW is on his mission we are supposed to be receiving financial blessings, and so far 4 of our vehicles have broken down with a repair bill of over $500 each (We are still trying to figure out if the pickup is fatal). The way that I figure it, something is going to happen to offset all of those expenses!

Sounds like we may get to see many of you soon.

Love You All,

Shane, Uncle Shane, Your Majesty
