Well, I am not very good at posting things to the blog. You can all mock me if you like. I guess I should just start copying things from my journal. We just don't have kids going through changes quite as often as the young ones... =)

Well, the exciting part in our life finally came so I have something to write about. After 8 long months of working with them and holding their hand through many steps, I finally got an offer from Idaho National Lab. =) I'm really excited about it. It's a good company and a pretty good offer and it would be neat to move close to family.

And to complicate things I got an invitation to go to New Jersey (Philadelphia) to meet with Lockheed Martin and their Advanced Technologies Lab. They are also doing some of the same things as INL and it looks like a great opportunity. I don't think it will fit me as well but feel I need to go look at it. So, I am flying out there on Sunday and back on Monday. Then if I decide to still keep INL I hope to start on the next Monday, July 7th. We are going to drive up to Idaho this week to see how things are going in anticipation of that.

I am excited to start working again - but sometimes I stop and try to remember why. If I remember what it was like... then it seems like work was a pain and got in the way of my playing. =) I'll have to rethink a few times.
